Clean, crisp. A good start. I like you think I get too many ideas and I have to contain it at a certain level and let some things go in order to close a project. I'd spin some color wheels though to see if you can find a better second color the blue-green headers in your sidebar are just off. Anyway, I think it's a great start, and if you don't make any adjustments, I think it suitable as a finished project. kudos, good luck on the job search also. hope you find something.
